Wasabi Card User Guide

0. Getting Started

If this is your first time using our service, please refer to the Card Issuance Process.

I. Fund Transfers and Account Management

Efficiently manage your capital flow to ensure smooth payment processing.

  • Account Deposit: Please go to the Wallet-Deposit page on the official website.

  • Fund Allocation: General account balances and card balances are independent. If you need to transfer funds from the general account to a specific card, please use the "Deposit Balance" function.

  • Withdrawal (Transferring card balance back to Wasabi account): Due to security controls regarding capital flow, this operation requires manual processing by our customer support team. Please provide the last four digits of your card and specify the exact amount you wish to withdraw (or state "entire balance") when contacting support.

II. Card Security and Self-Management

Manage your card status in real-time to ensure fund security.

  • Self-Freeze/Unfreeze: In case of lost cards or suspicious activity, please go to My Cards and select [Freeze/Unfreeze].

  • Update Payment PIN: Click "Update PIN," enter your 6-digit PIN, and provide your Google Authenticator code.

  • Card Cancellation: To cancel a specific card, please contact our official customer support for review and processing due to account security protocols.

III. Transaction Records (Transactions)

  • Single Card Transaction Details: Enter the specific card details page to view the full card number, CVV, and historical transaction records.

  • Global Transaction Overview: You can view the transaction flow for all cards on the "My Cards" homepage.

IV. Payments and Terminal Usage

  • Online Payments: The primary reason for payment failure is a mismatch between the IP address and the Billing Address. Please ensure both are in the same country/region. For more scenarios, please refer to Troubleshooting Transaction Failures and Security Risk Control.

  • Mobile Wallets: Supports "One-Click Push" via the website or manual entry of card numbers into your mobile wallet. If you encounter binding errors, please refer to the Mobile Payment Binding and Troubleshooting Guide.

  • Physical Card (ATM / POS): After receiving your physical card, please go to My Cards on our official website to set your PIN before use. Also, remember to keep an eye on your daily spending limits to ensure smooth transactions. If you have not yet activated your card, please refer to the Physical Card Activation Guide.

V. Troubleshooting and Support

When encountering issues, please follow this priority sequence:

  • Self-Troubleshooting: Check your network environment (IP), confirm the matching of your Billing Address, and verify your card balance and limits. For more details, please refer to Troubleshooting Transaction Failures and Security Risk Control.

  • Professional Support: If the issue remains unresolved, please save a screenshot containing the error code and contact our team via "Live Chat" or the "Ticket System" on the official website.
